Bobby and his team members are honest and are great mechanics. I only trust Bobby and no one else in Lubbock. He will let you know what the problem is before he begins to repair it so you can budget accordingly. He will also let you know exactly when your car will be ready. Flores Automotive and Tire have a professional team! Bobby, Jacob, and Thad are very friendly and transparent. They let me know exactly what it was and reassured me that no repairs would be done without my okaying them. We had taken one vehicle in assuming an alternator replacement. Soon after dropping off the car, I received a call from Bobby asking who told me it was an alternator. I let him know we just assumed it. He stated it was not an alternator, and in fact, was just a bad battery. BOY OH BOY was that a money-saver! We went up there, paid for the battery, and came home. This is one damn good honest shop.
